Rules & Regulations
Team Composition: Each team consists of 2 players.
Match Format: Matches are played in a best-of-three sets format. In the event of a 40-40 deuce, a decisive golden point will determine the winner of the game.
Scoring System: The standard padel scoring system is used: 0 (Love), 15, 30, 40, and Game.
Serve:
- Serves must be underhand, with the ball hit below waist level and the server’s feet behind the service line.
- The serve must land in the diagonally opposite service box.
- Each player has two attempts to make a valid serve.
Service Order:
- The team that wins the coin toss decides either to serve or receive first.
- The server alternates every game, and partners switch sides after each game.
Ball in Play:
- The ball must bounce once on the ground before hitting any wall.
- Players can use the walls to return the ball, similar to squash.
- The point continues until the ball bounces twice on the ground, hits the net without going over, or a player commits a fault.
Faults:
- Hitting the ball out of bounds.
- The ball bounces twice before being returned.
- A player touches the net during play.
- Volleying the serve (hitting the ball before it bounces).
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship and fair play. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including excessive arguing or deliberate hindrance of opponents, can result in penalties.
Referee’s Decision: The referee’s decisions are final. Any disputes must be addressed promptly and respectfully.
Equipment: Players must use standard padel rackets and balls approved for tournament play.
Tournament Format:
- The tournament will follow a knockout format with a maximum of 16 teams.
- Each match will be a best-of-three sets contest.
- The winner advances to the next round, while the losing team is eliminated.

Game Scoring:
- A game is won by the team that wins 4 points and is ahead by 2 points.
- Scoring System: 15 → 30 → 40 → Game Point (G.P.).
- If the score reaches 40-40 (Deuce), then a golden point will determine the winner of game.

Set Scoring:
- A set is won by the first team to win 6 games, with at least a 2-game lead.
- For example: 6-4, 6-3, etc.
- If the score is tied at 5-5, the next team to win a game will win the set 6-5.
- If the set score reaches 6-6, a tiebreaker is played to decide the winner.

Match Format:
- The match is played as a Best of 3 sets.
- First team to win 2 sets wins the match.
- For example: Team A wins 2-1 or Team B wins 2-1.
Registration: Teams must register by the specified deadline and pay the entry fee to confirm participation.
Scheduling & Weather Conditions: Matches will be scheduled in advance. In case of adverse weather conditions, matches may be rescheduled or moved to indoor courts if available.
Liability: Participants play at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or lost property during the tournament.
